甘肅簡牘“熱”現象背后的“冷”思考
在紙(zhi)張發明(ming)前,簡(jian)(jian)牘是中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)最(zui)普通、最(zui)常(chang)用的(de)(de)書寫載體(ti)。東漢許慎(shen)《說文解(jie)字(zi)》稱:“簡(jian)(jian),牒也(ye)(ye)”,“牘,書版也(ye)(ye)”。簡(jian)(jian)牘是珍貴的(de)(de)歷史文化(hua)遺存,見證(zheng)、承載著悠久歷史。2023年(nian)9月(yue),甘(gan)肅(su)簡(jian)(jian)牘博(bo)物(wu)(wu)(wu)館(guan)(guan)建(jian)成開放,這(zhe)是目前我國(guo)(guo)漢簡(jian)(jian)藏(zang)量(liang)(liang)最(zui)大的(de)(de)專題博(bo)物(wu)(wu)(wu)館(guan)(guan),也(ye)(ye)是全國(guo)(guo)唯一(yi)的(de)(de)省級(ji)簡(jian)(jian)牘博(bo)物(wu)(wu)(wu)館(guan)(guan)。建(jian)成開放以來(lai),甘(gan)肅(su)簡(jian)(jian)牘博(bo)物(wu)(wu)(wu)館(guan)(guan)持續數月(yue)熱度不(bu)減,單日(ri)(ri)最(zui)高游(you)客(ke)接待量(liang)(liang)近(jin)7000人次。當年(nian)10月(yue)25日(ri)(ri),簡(jian)(jian)牘博(bo)物(wu)(wu)(wu)館(guan)(guan)聯合(he)央視頻推出(chu)“夜游(you)博(bo)物(wu)(wu)(wu)館(guan)(guan)”直播活(huo)動,直播當晚(wan)全網(wang)總播放量(liang)(liang)超過200萬次。今(jin)年(nian)春節(jie)期間,簡(jian)(jian)牘博(bo)物(wu)(wu)(wu)館(guan)(guan)與全球首部洞窟(ku)式(shi)沉(chen)浸體(ti)驗劇《樂動敦煌》聯動,熱度再次爆棚。近(jin)期,甘(gan)肅(su)簡(jian)(jian)牘博(bo)物(wu)(wu)(wu)館(guan)(guan)獲(huo)評為(wei)國(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)一(yi)級(ji)博(bo)物(wu)(wu)(wu)館(guan)(guan),同時(shi),其“簡(jian)(jian)述中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)”展榮獲(huo)2023年(nian)度全國(guo)(guo)博(bo)物(wu)(wu)(wu)館(guan)(guan)十大展覽(lan)精品獎。原(yuan)本比(bi)較(jiao)小(xiao)眾的(de)(de)甘(gan)肅(su)簡(jian)(jian)牘,為(wei)何迅速躥紅成為(wei)一(yi)種(zhong)社會(hui)文化(hua)現象?筆者以此為(wei)題,對(dui)有關(guan)部門和(he)機構負責(ze)人、相關(guan)領域專家(jia)(jia)學(xue)者及融(rong)媒體(ti)平(ping)臺負責(ze)人進(jin)行了訪(fang)談,從社會(hui)學(xue)和(he)傳(chuan)播學(xue)等視角(jiao)進(jin)行分析研究,形成了一(yi)些初步的(de)(de)認識和(he)思(si)考。
一、甘肅簡牘“熱”現象何以形成
(一)得(de)益于良好的(de)(de)大環(huan)境。2012年以來(lai),中國(guo)(guo)站在(zai)新(xin)的(de)(de)歷史(shi)方(fang)位(wei),從留(liu)住文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)根脈(mo)、守住民(min)族之魂的(de)(de)戰略高度關心和推動文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)遺產(chan)保護(hu)(hu)利用(yong)工作(zuo)。“文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)承載燦爛(lan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明,傳承歷史(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua),維系民(min)族精(jing)神(shen),是(shi)(shi)老祖宗留(liu)給我們的(de)(de)寶貴遺產(chan),是(shi)(shi)加(jia)強社會主義精(jing)神(shen)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明建(jian)(jian)設的(de)(de)深厚滋養。保護(hu)(hu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)功在(zai)當代(dai)(dai),利在(zai)千秋。”這一重要(yao)論斷,已成(cheng)為全國(guo)(guo)思想(xiang)界文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)界的(de)(de)共識。國(guo)(guo)家將博(bo)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)館(guan)(guan)教育納入國(guo)(guo)民(min)特(te)別是(shi)(shi)青少年教育體(ti)系,持(chi)續完善博(bo)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)館(guan)(guan)免費開(kai)放(fang)政策(ce),我國(guo)(guo)90%以上的(de)(de)博(bo)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)館(guan)(guan)實(shi)現免費開(kai)放(fang)。近(jin)年來(lai),甘肅(su)(su)省委(wei)、省政府始終把文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)工作(zuo)擺(bai)在(zai)重要(yao)位(wei)置,從政策(ce)、資(zi)金(jin)、人(ren)(ren)力(li)等方(fang)面全面發(fa)力(li),以新(xin)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)理念全面構建(jian)(jian)保護(hu)(hu)利用(yong)新(xin)格局,以創(chuang)新(xin)實(shi)踐寫就引領時(shi)代(dai)(dai)的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)保護(hu)(hu)利用(yong)“甘肅(su)(su)方(fang)案”,文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)保護(hu)(hu)利用(yong)工作(zuo)取(qu)得(de)喜人(ren)(ren)成(cheng)效(xiao)。甘肅(su)(su)省文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)工作(zuo)者圍繞“讓(rang)(rang)收藏(zang)在(zai)博(bo)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)館(guan)(guan)里的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)、陳列(lie)在(zai)廣闊大地上的(de)(de)遺產(chan)、書(shu)寫在(zai)古籍里的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)字(zi)活(huo)起(qi)來(lai)”目標,“八仙過海,各顯(xian)神(shen)通”,活(huo)化(hua)(hua)利用(yong)、傳承發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan),以獨(du)具特(te)色的(de)(de)多樣“甘肅(su)(su)路徑”,讓(rang)(rang)寶貴歷史(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)遺產(chan)綻放(fang)時(shi)代(dai)(dai)光彩,煥發(fa)時(shi)代(dai)(dai)活(huo)力(li)。甘肅(su)(su)簡牘博(bo)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)館(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)建(jian)(jian)成(cheng)開(kai)放(fang)和簡牘這一“冷(leng)門(men)絕學(xue)(xue)”走向“大眾顯(xian)學(xue)(xue)”,正(zheng)是(shi)(shi)甘肅(su)(su)省文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)博(bo)事業蓬勃發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)的(de)(de)生動體(ti)現和真(zhen)實(shi)寫照。對此,甘肅(su)(su)的(de)(de)宣傳部門(men)、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)旅部門(men)及省博(bo)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)館(guan)(guan)等單位(wei)有關負責人(ren)(ren)感受(shou)深刻,說起(qi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)思想(xiang)、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)自信、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)建(jian)(jian)設引領甘肅(su)(su),文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)博(bo)視野發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)的(de)(de)措施和成(cheng)效(xiao),他(ta)們如數家珍。
(二)得益于人們對傳(chuan)統(tong)文化(hua)的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)愛(ai)。人民對美好(hao)生(sheng)(sheng)活的(de)(de)(de)需(xu)(xu)要,不僅包括(kuo)更高品質的(de)(de)(de)物質生(sheng)(sheng)活需(xu)(xu)要,也包括(kuo)更豐富的(de)(de)(de)美好(hao)精神文化(hua)需(xu)(xu)求,這也是(shi)甘肅(su)簡牘持續走熱(re)的(de)(de)(de)深(shen)層次原因。隨著經濟社會的(de)(de)(de)發(fa)展(zhan),人們正(zheng)在(zai)見證(zheng)中華(hua)(hua)優秀傳(chuan)統(tong)文化(hua)的(de)(de)(de)復興,越來越多的(de)(de)(de)人希望(wang)深(shen)入了(le)解(jie)(jie)博(bo)大精深(shen)的(de)(de)(de)中華(hua)(hua)文明,了(le)解(jie)(jie)中華(hua)(hua)民族(zu)的(de)(de)(de)歷史(shi)底蘊及(ji)其(qi)創新偉力(li)。近年來,公(gong)眾對中華(hua)(hua)優秀傳(chuan)統(tong)文化(hua)的(de)(de)(de)興趣日(ri)趨濃厚(hou),文博(bo)火爆,文創風勁吹,傳(chuan)統(tong)文化(hua)題材(cai)影視(shi)、綜(zong)藝(yi)爆款(kuan)頻出,漢服、中醫、戲曲甚至八段錦,這些過去似乎只為(wei)老年人專屬的(de)(de)(de)古(gu)老“寶貝”,日(ri)漸成為(wei)年輕人的(de)(de)(de)新寵(chong)。“考(kao)古(gu)熱(re)”“博(bo)物館熱(re)”“非遺熱(re)”“古(gu)籍(ji)熱(re)”等(deng)等(deng)這些文化(hua)現象的(de)(de)(de)興起,正(zheng)是(shi)中華(hua)(hua)優秀傳(chuan)統(tong)文化(hua)煥(huan)發(fa)蓬勃(bo)生(sheng)(sheng)機的(de)(de)(de)生(sheng)(sheng)動寫照。
(三)得(de)益于自(zi)身豐(feng)富的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)簡(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)牘資源(yuan)。甘(gan)(gan)肅(su)(su)(su)(su)是我國(guo)簡(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)牘大(da)(da)省、漢(han)(han)簡(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)之鄉,出(chu)(chu)土(tu)簡(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)牘數(shu)量大(da)(da),地域(yu)范圍廣,時間(jian)跨度(du)長,簡(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)牘資源(yuan)優勢得(de)天(tian)獨厚。自(zi)1907年在敦煌(huang)首次(ci)掘得(de)簡(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)牘以(yi)(yi)來,百(bai)余年間(jian)先(xian)后在敦煌(huang)、居延、武威、天(tian)水、甘(gan)(gan)谷等(deng)地出(chu)(chu)土(tu)簡(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)牘40余次(ci),包(bao)括(kuo)(kuo)了(le)(le)(le)秦、漢(han)(han)、晉、唐、西夏5個時期(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)簡(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)牘,出(chu)(chu)土(tu)漢(han)(han)簡(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)6萬(wan)(wan)(wan)多枚(mei),占(zhan)全國(guo)出(chu)(chu)土(tu)漢(han)(han)簡(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)總數(shu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)半數(shu)以(yi)(yi)上,成為研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)兩(liang)漢(han)(han)時期(qi)政治、經濟、地理和交通的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)第一(yi)手(shou)資料(liao)。甘(gan)(gan)肅(su)(su)(su)(su)簡(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)牘博物(wu)館(guan)內(nei)現(xian)有藏品50129件(組),包(bao)括(kuo)(kuo)從秦代(dai)至魏晉時期(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)簡(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)牘近(jin)4萬(wan)(wan)(wan)枚(mei),以(yi)(yi)及(ji)與簡(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)牘相伴出(chu)(chu)土(tu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)紙(zhi)張、紡織品、木器(qi)、漆器(qi)、鐵器(qi)、骨器(qi)、陶(tao)器(qi)等(deng)文(wen)物(wu)1萬(wan)(wan)(wan)余件,三級以(yi)(yi)上的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)珍貴(gui)文(wen)物(wu)共31935件(組),其(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)一(yi)級文(wen)物(wu)1679件(組),珍貴(gui)文(wen)物(wu)數(shu)量排名全國(guo)第20位。數(shu)萬(wan)(wan)(wan)枚(mei)簡(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)牘,詳細記載了(le)(le)(le)兩(liang)千多年前(qian)古人(ren)屯戍勞作、衣食住(zhu)行、往來書(shu)信等(deng)絲(si)綢(chou)之路(lu)(lu)上的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)點滴故事(shi)。甘(gan)(gan)肅(su)(su)(su)(su)簡(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)牘博物(wu)館(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)展(zhan)覽全面展(zhan)示了(le)(le)(le)簡(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)牘發(fa)現(xian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)歷(li)史、簡(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)牘中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)絲(si)路(lu)(lu)故事(shi)、漢(han)(han)代(dai)邊塞人(ren)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)日常(chang)生活(huo)、漢(han)(han)簡(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)蘊(yun)含的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)書(shu)法藝術等(deng),全面、生動地展(zhan)現(xian)了(le)(le)(le)甘(gan)(gan)肅(su)(su)(su)(su)簡(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)牘里的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)絲(si)路(lu)(lu)文(wen)化與中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華(hua)智慧,可以(yi)(yi)說是記錄(lu)西北邊塞生活(huo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)“百(bai)科全書(shu)”。敦煌(huang)懸泉置遺址出(chu)(chu)土(tu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)里程簡(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian),證明(ming)了(le)(le)(le)漢(han)(han)代(dai)從長安(an)到(dao)天(tian)山(shan)(shan)廊(lang)道路(lu)(lu)網的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)存在,為“絲(si)綢(chou)之路(lu)(lu):長安(an)——天(tian)山(shan)(shan)廊(lang)道的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)路(lu)(lu)網”申(shen)遺成功提供了(le)(le)(le)重要(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)史實根據。蘭州大(da)(da)學(xue)敦煌(huang)學(xue)研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)所所長鄭炳林教授(shou)和甘(gan)(gan)肅(su)(su)(su)(su)簡(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)牘博物(wu)館(guan)相關負責人(ren)對甘(gan)(gan)肅(su)(su)(su)(su)簡(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)牘研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)保護利用(yong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)前(qian)景信心十足(zu)。

二、甘肅簡牘保護研究仍然面臨著許多困難問題
實踐(jian)證明,越是(shi)“熱”的(de)(de)現象(xiang)越需要“冷(leng)”的(de)(de)思考。甘肅簡牘(du)的(de)(de)走紅、爆熱固然可喜(xi),但簡牘(du)保護研究中存在一(yi)些結構性的(de)(de)困(kun)境和問題同樣不容忽視。
(一)學術(shu)壁壘(lei)高。對(dui)(dui)普通人來(lai)說,不同于(yu)其他觀賞價(jia)值較(jiao)高的(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)物(wu),很多簡(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)牘(du)(du)(du)內容往往晦澀,學術(shu)門(men)檻很高,簡(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)牘(du)(du)(du)學也因此一度成(cheng)為(wei)絕(jue)學。在當今的(de)(de)(de)(de)融媒(mei)體時代,對(dui)(dui)簡(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)牘(du)(du)(du)學的(de)(de)(de)(de)弘揚仍缺乏(fa)創新的(de)(de)(de)(de)傳播方式和手段,大(da)眾對(dui)(dui)簡(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)牘(du)(du)(du)文(wen)化(hua)及(ji)甘肅(su)簡(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)牘(du)(du)(du)的(de)(de)(de)(de)認知(zhi)與(yu)了解仍然不夠(gou),使(shi)得大(da)眾參與(yu)感(gan)(gan)、體驗感(gan)(gan)不足,難以(yi)拉近(jin)簡(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)牘(du)(du)(du)與(yu)大(da)眾之間的(de)(de)(de)(de)距離,甘肅(su)簡(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)牘(du)(du)(du)博物(wu)館也還沒(mei)有(you)成(cheng)為(wei)甘肅(su)旅(lv)游的(de)(de)(de)(de)新地(di)標和蘭(lan)州文(wen)旅(lv)的(de)(de)(de)(de)新名片。如(ru)何讓簡(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)牘(du)(du)(du)“開口說話(hua)”,推動簡(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)牘(du)(du)(du)學這門(men)書齋(zhai)絕(jue)學走向大(da)眾顯學,更(geng)好承(cheng)擔起普通大(da)眾與(yu)歷史文(wen)化(hua)間的(de)(de)(de)(de)橋(qiao)梁作用,成(cheng)為(wei)擺(bai)在簡(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)牘(du)(du)(du)研(yan)究者(zhe)、保(bao)護者(zhe)面前的(de)(de)(de)(de)重要(yao)課題。
(二)專(zhuan)業人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)匱乏。目前,甘(gan)(gan)肅簡(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)牘(du)(du)博物(wu)(wu)(wu)館(guan)初步建立(li)了一支專(zhuan)業涉及簡(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)牘(du)(du)學、歷史文(wen)獻(xian)學、文(wen)物(wu)(wu)(wu)與(yu)(yu)博物(wu)(wu)(wu)館(guan)學、文(wen)物(wu)(wu)(wu)保護等專(zhuan)業的(de)(de)(de)研究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)團(tuan)隊(dui)和(he)包括管理人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)在內的(de)(de)(de)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)隊(dui)伍(wu)(wu)。甘(gan)(gan)肅簡(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)牘(du)(du)研究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)團(tuan)隊(dui)最(zui)早(zao)主要(yao)是(shi)以(yi)甘(gan)(gan)肅省(sheng)博物(wu)(wu)(wu)館(guan)為中心的(de)(de)(de)團(tuan)隊(dui),當時的(de)(de)(de)考古(gu)(gu)隊(dui)隸屬于甘(gan)(gan)肅省(sheng)博物(wu)(wu)(wu)館(guan),后(hou)來博物(wu)(wu)(wu)館(guan)和(he)考古(gu)(gu)所分(fen)(fen)開之后(hou),研究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)分(fen)(fen)屬兩(liang)個(ge)單位,甘(gan)(gan)肅省(sheng)博物(wu)(wu)(wu)館(guan)幾位老專(zhuan)家就是(shi)研究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)居(ju)延(yan)漢簡(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)。甘(gan)(gan)肅簡(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)牘(du)(du)博物(wu)(wu)(wu)館(guan)除了兩(liang)任原館(guan)長等個(ge)別幾位專(zhuan)家之外,高水平的(de)(de)(de)研究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)者(zhe)還很(hen)少,與(yu)(yu)簡(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)牘(du)(du)大(da)省(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)地(di)位不(bu)相(xiang)匹配(pei)。簡(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)牘(du)(du)博物(wu)(wu)(wu)館(guan)與(yu)(yu)蘭州(zhou)大(da)學文(wen)學院的(de)(de)(de)讀簡(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)班缺乏相(xiang)應的(de)(de)(de)教師指導,主要(yao)依靠(kao)甘(gan)(gan)肅簡(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)牘(du)(du)博物(wu)(wu)(wu)館(guan)帶領學生進行(xing)相(xiang)應的(de)(de)(de)釋讀,完(wan)成教學任務。西北師范大(da)學雖然成立(li)了漢簡(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)研究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)院,但研究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)十(shi)分(fen)(fen)緊缺,他們(men)主要(yao)從原簡(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)牘(du)(du)館(guan)聘請個(ge)別退(tui)休專(zhuan)家作為研究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)主力,教師中只有(you)極個(ge)別人(ren)(ren)(ren)是(shi)研究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)漢簡(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de),人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)隊(dui)伍(wu)(wu)建設短期內無法(fa)滿足(zu)簡(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)牘(du)(du)學研究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)的(de)(de)(de)需(xu)要(yao)。
(三)保(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)修復任(ren)重(zhong)道遠(yuan)。一方(fang)(fang)面(mian),簡(jian)(jian)牘(du)(du)的(de)(de)(de)(de)許多材料未能(neng)(neng)得到及時(shi)(shi)(shi)有效保(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)、整(zheng)理(li)(li)與研究,再加(jia)上(shang)出(chu)(chu)(chu)土(tu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)物的(de)(de)(de)(de)脆弱性,一旦保(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)和整(zheng)理(li)(li)工(gong)作不(bu)能(neng)(neng)及時(shi)(shi)(shi)進行,將有可能(neng)(neng)永久損(sun)毀(hui),造成(cheng)不(bu)可挽回(hui)的(de)(de)(de)(de)損(sun)失(shi)。另一方(fang)(fang)面(mian),除(chu)了保(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)已(yi)出(chu)(chu)(chu)土(tu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)簡(jian)(jian)牘(du)(du),還(huan)要隨時(shi)(shi)(shi)迎(ying)接新(xin)出(chu)(chu)(chu)土(tu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)簡(jian)(jian)牘(du)(du),隨著簡(jian)(jian)牘(du)(du)文(wen)(wen)(wen)獻出(chu)(chu)(chu)土(tu)呈“井(jing)噴”之勢,也出(chu)(chu)(chu)現了簡(jian)(jian)牘(du)(du)“排(pai)隊(dui)”等待保(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)修復的(de)(de)(de)(de)現象。同(tong)時(shi)(shi)(shi),由于簡(jian)(jian)牘(du)(du)缺乏集成(cheng)性的(de)(de)(de)(de)整(zheng)理(li)(li)成(cheng)果,圖像(xiang)、釋文(wen)(wen)(wen)版權較(jiao)為分散(san),整(zheng)體數(shu)字(zi)化(hua)水平不(bu)高,在資(zi)源整(zheng)合、技術運用、功能(neng)(neng)迭(die)代等方(fang)(fang)面(mian)與深(shen)度融合發展的(de)(de)(de)(de)目標還(huan)有不(bu)小差(cha)距。
另外(wai),受訪者普(pu)遍認(ren)為,文(wen)博、文(wen)物的(de)研(yan)究(jiu)和推廣普(pu)及,應(ying)該堅(jian)持嚴謹(jin)求實的(de)科學(xue)精神,研(yan)究(jiu)解(jie)讀要(yao)(yao)“小心(xin)求證”,要(yao)(yao)經得起時(shi)間的(de)檢驗。故宮博物院(yuan)院(yuan)長王旭(xu)東等專家(jia)學(xue)者強調,歷史(shi)文(wen)化遺存要(yao)(yao)引領高質量(liang)的(de)文(wen)化旅游,應(ying)當(dang)堅(jian)持引領而不(bu)是迎合甚至媚俗。許多人認(ren)為,在(zai)充分肯定成績的(de)同時(shi),還應(ying)該清醒地認(ren)識到,甘肅簡牘(du)的(de)研(yan)究(jiu)保護利用在(zai)實現(xian)持續高質量(liang)發展(zhan)上還有很長、很艱難的(de)路要(yao)(yao)走。
三、甘肅簡牘“熱”現象可持續發展的建議
但如(ru)何避免甘肅簡(jian)牘“熱”現(xian)象曇花(hua)一(yi)現(xian),需(xu)要結合(he)實際、遵循(xun)規律,多(duo)措并舉、久久為(wei)功(gong)。綜合(he)有關負責人和專(zhuan)家學者的意見,提出5個方面的建議:
(一)推(tui)動(dong)(dong)冷門“絕學”大(da)眾化(hua)、通(tong)俗化(hua)。積極(ji)策劃精品展(zhan)覽,為(wei)(wei)觀(guan)(guan)眾提供精彩的(de)(de)文化(hua)盛宴,在不斷(duan)完善“簡(jian)(jian)述中(zhong)國”四(si)大(da)基本陳列(lie)展(zhan)覽的(de)(de)同時(shi),引進(jin)優質外展(zhan),不斷(duan)豐(feng)(feng)富(fu)(fu)和(he)滿足觀(guan)(guan)眾多元化(hua)的(de)(de)精神(shen)需求(qiu)。借(jie)助科技手段,著力打造(zao)智慧化(hua)博物(wu)館(guan)(guan)。立(li)足“行業(ye)館(guan)(guan)+科技館(guan)(guan)”設計理(li)念(nian),充分發揮數(shu)字(zi)優勢(shi),推(tui)動(dong)(dong)簡(jian)(jian)牘文化(hua)傳播更(geng)(geng)具趣味性(xing)和(he)生動(dong)(dong)性(xing)。優化(hua)公共服務,提升服務質量(liang),以更(geng)(geng)好(hao)地(di)滿足公眾需求(qiu)為(wei)(wei)開展(zhan)社教工作的(de)(de)出發點(dian)(dian)和(he)落(luo)腳點(dian)(dian),依托線(xian)上數(shu)字(zi)展(zhan),挖掘館(guan)(guan)內豐(feng)(feng)富(fu)(fu)的(de)(de)文博資源,通(tong)過互聯(lian)網(wang)技術,以更(geng)(geng)加通(tong)俗的(de)(de)方式(shi),增強觀(guan)(guan)眾與數(shu)字(zi)簡(jian)(jian)牘信息的(de)(de)互動(dong)(dong)性(xing),為(wei)(wei)觀(guan)(guan)眾帶來更(geng)(geng)豐(feng)(feng)富(fu)(fu)、更(geng)(geng)生動(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)參觀(guan)(guan)體驗,多維度傳播簡(jian)(jian)牘里(li)的(de)(de)中(zhong)國故事。
(二)提高(gao)簡(jian)(jian)牘保(bao)護(hu)(hu)研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)水平(ping)。落實中(zhong)宣部(bu)、甘肅省(sheng)委宣傳部(bu)“繁榮發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)簡(jian)(jian)牘學(xue)”重(zhong)大(da)(da)部(bu)署,依(yi)托蘭(lan)州大(da)(da)學(xue)和(he)西北師范大(da)(da)學(xue),在簡(jian)(jian)牘研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)這(zhe)門國(guo)際顯學(xue)中(zhong)發(fa)出(chu)更(geng)多“甘肅聲音”、作(zuo)(zuo)出(chu)更(geng)多“甘肅貢(gong)獻”。拓展(zhan)(zhan)簡(jian)(jian)牘學(xue)研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)的(de)視野(ye),補齊碎片(pian)化(hua)(hua)短板,綜合運用(yong)漢簡(jian)(jian)、敦煌文(wen)獻等(deng)(deng)各類檔案材料等(deng)(deng),開展(zhan)(zhan)絲綢之(zhi)路(lu)(lu)、中(zhong)外關(guan)系、西域歷史等(deng)(deng)相關(guan)研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu),讓附(fu)著(zhu)于文(wen)物(wu)(wu)之(zhi)上的(de)精(jing)神(shen)內涵(han)不斷(duan)提純,與(yu)當(dang)下(xia)碰(peng)撞出(chu)新時代(dai)的(de)思(si)想(xiang)火花,以高(gao)質量研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)成果為簡(jian)(jian)牘文(wen)化(hua)(hua)傳承(cheng)弘揚提供堅實的(de)學(xue)術支(zhi)撐(cheng)。借鑒敦煌研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)院(yuan)的(de)經(jing)驗做法(fa),持續推進(jin)可移動(dong)文(wen)物(wu)(wu)預防性(xing)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)工作(zuo)(zuo)和(he)館藏文(wen)物(wu)(wu)數(shu)(shu)(shu)字化(hua)(hua)采集(ji)工作(zuo)(zuo),開展(zhan)(zhan)數(shu)(shu)(shu)字文(wen)物(wu)(wu)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)、技(ji)術應(ying)用(yong)和(he)業務模式等(deng)(deng)前沿課題(ti)研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu),穩步推進(jin)簡(jian)(jian)牘文(wen)物(wu)(wu)數(shu)(shu)(shu)字化(hua)(hua)儲存(cun)、信(xin)息化(hua)(hua)管理和(he)規范性(xing)保(bao)護(hu)(hu),打(da)造優質數(shu)(shu)(shu)字文(wen)物(wu)(wu)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)內容產品(pin)。運用(yong)大(da)(da)數(shu)(shu)(shu)據、AI等(deng)(deng)方式,搭建(jian)簡(jian)(jian)牘文(wen)物(wu)(wu)數(shu)(shu)(shu)字化(hua)(hua)整(zheng)合信(xin)息研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)平(ping)臺等(deng)(deng),促進(jin)簡(jian)(jian)牘安全保(bao)護(hu)(hu)與(yu)現(xian)代(dai)科技(ji)融合創(chuang)新,實現(xian)數(shu)(shu)(shu)字資源的(de)活化(hua)(hua)利用(yong)與(yu)多元化(hua)(hua)的(de)創(chuang)新性(xing)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)。同時,甘肅省(sheng)簡(jian)(jian)牘博物(wu)(wu)館應(ying)當(dang)沿著(zhu)通力(li)協(xie)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)路(lu)(lu)走下(xia)去(qu),推動(dong)簡(jian)(jian)牘文(wen)獻的(de)整(zheng)理研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu),如(ru)此才能產出(chu)更(geng)多更(geng)好的(de)成果,為中(zhong)國(guo)古(gu)代(dai)文(wen)明的(de)探索之(zhi)旅和(he)新時代(dai)的(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)重(zhong)建(jian)貢(gong)獻更(geng)大(da)(da)力(li)量。
(三(san))加強專業(ye)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)隊(dui)伍(wu)建設。在甘(gan)肅全(quan)省范圍內遴(lin)選符合(he)簡(jian)(jian)(jian)牘(du)(du)學(xue)(xue)(xue)領軍人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)基本條件或具有發展潛力(li)的(de)(de)(de)高層(ceng)次人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai),作為(wei)領軍人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)重(zhong)點培(pei)養(yang)。支(zhi)持(chi)甘(gan)肅簡(jian)(jian)(jian)牘(du)(du)博(bo)物館(guan)招聘(pin)引進(jin)國(guo)內外簡(jian)(jian)(jian)牘(du)(du)領域高層(ceng)次人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)。針對簡(jian)(jian)(jian)牘(du)(du)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)成長周期長、實踐能力(li)要求高、成果業(ye)績顯現慢(man)的(de)(de)(de)特點,創(chuang)新“簡(jian)(jian)(jian)牘(du)(du)保護(hu)研究項目+人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)”培(pei)養(yang)模(mo)式,發揮簡(jian)(jian)(jian)牘(du)(du)保護(hu)修復項目和(he)修繕工程聚才(cai)(cai)、育才(cai)(cai)優勢,通過(guo)師(shi)帶徒、“匠”帶“兵”的(de)(de)(de)方(fang)式,培(pei)養(yang)一批甘(gan)肅省內名匠、簡(jian)(jian)(jian)牘(du)(du)修復師(shi)等(deng)簡(jian)(jian)(jian)牘(du)(du)學(xue)(xue)(xue)方(fang)面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)“中堅力(li)量”。積(ji)極推(tui)進(jin)與(yu)故(gu)宮博(bo)物院等(deng)文(wen)博(bo)機構,蘭州大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)、西(xi)北(bei)師(shi)范大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)等(deng)院校的(de)(de)(de)戰略合(he)作,實施簡(jian)(jian)(jian)牘(du)(du)研究保護(hu)中青年骨干人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)培(pei)養(yang)計劃。鼓(gu)勵更多有條件的(de)(de)(de)甘(gan)肅省內高校開設簡(jian)(jian)(jian)牘(du)(du)研究保護(hu)修復相關專業(ye),適(shi)度擴大(da)招生規模(mo),完善培(pei)養(yang)體系(xi)。同時,通過(guo)與(yu)高校及研究機構聯合(he)辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)、聯合(he)開展人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)培(pei)養(yang)、在職進(jin)修等(deng)多種(zhong)路徑,為(wei)在職專業(ye)技(ji)術人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)繼續學(xue)(xue)(xue)習深造(zao)(zao)、提高業(ye)務能力(li)創(chuang)造(zao)(zao)良好條件,推(tui)動行業(ye)整體技(ji)術水平不斷(duan)提升。
(四)增強簡(jian)(jian)牘(du)文化(hua)傳(chuan)(chuan)播力。在做好館藏文物保護整理研究(jiu)的(de)(de)同時,深度挖(wa)掘簡(jian)(jian)牘(du)背(bei)(bei)后的(de)(de)歷(li)史文化(hua),突(tu)出(chu)甘肅“漢簡(jian)(jian)之(zhi)鄉”的(de)(de)特色,以主流(liu)媒(mei)體(ti)權威(wei)話語為依托,充分利用新(xin)媒(mei)體(ti)技(ji)術(shu)(shu),創新(xin)報道方式和手(shou)段(duan),全方位、多(duo)渠道、立體(ti)化(hua)地還原(yuan)簡(jian)(jian)牘(du)背(bei)(bei)后的(de)(de)故事(shi),將簡(jian)(jian)牘(du)文化(hua)及其中的(de)(de)故事(shi)以書(shu)法、舞蹈、音樂等(deng)多(duo)種藝(yi)術(shu)(shu)方式展現給(gei)大(da)眾(zhong),推(tui)出(chu)像舞劇《大(da)夢敦煌》《絲路花(hua)雨》一樣具(ju)有(you)感(gan)染力、傳(chuan)(chuan)播力的(de)(de)文藝(yi)作品,將歷(li)史智慧以喜聞樂見(jian)的(de)(de)形式“簡(jian)(jian)”述給(gei)大(da)眾(zhong),讓千年簡(jian)(jian)牘(du)走出(chu)“深閨”重煥光彩,讓簡(jian)(jian)牘(du)文化(hua)深入(ru)人心、走向大(da)眾(zhong)。
(五)加(jia)大對外合作(zuo)(zuo)交(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)力(li)度(du)。加(jia)強甘肅(su)(su)(su)省簡(jian)(jian)牘(du)博(bo)物館(guan)與(yu)兄(xiong)弟省份(fen)、“一(yi)帶一(yi)路”共建(jian)國(guo)(guo)家和地(di)區在(zai)文(wen)(wen)(wen)物保護修復(fu)、文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)遺產數(shu)字化(hua)、學(xue)術研(yan)究、人員培訓等領域的(de)交(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)合作(zuo)(zuo)。向國(guo)(guo)家圖書館(guan)、中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)絲綢博(bo)物館(guan)、中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)歷史研(yan)究院(yuan)等借(jie)(jie)(jie)展(zhan)(zhan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)物,推動(dong)(dong)館(guan)藏文(wen)(wen)(wen)物赴省外、國(guo)(guo)外參加(jia)精品主題特展(zhan)(zhan),讓更多(duo)的(de)國(guo)(guo)內外公(gong)(gong)眾(zhong)了解甘肅(su)(su)(su)漢簡(jian)(jian)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)。辦(ban)好絲綢之路國(guo)(guo)際漢學(xue)聯(lian)盟,不斷增強簡(jian)(jian)牘(du)學(xue)在(zai)國(guo)(guo)際上(shang)的(de)影(ying)響(xiang)力(li)和話(hua)語權。拓展(zhan)(zhan)對外傳播(bo)(bo)渠道,加(jia)強與(yu)國(guo)(guo)際友(you)好城市的(de)交(jiao)(jiao)流(liu),借(jie)(jie)(jie)助(zhu)海外具有(you)影(ying)響(xiang)力(li)的(de)網絡平臺開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)甘肅(su)(su)(su)漢簡(jian)(jian)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)的(de)國(guo)(guo)際傳播(bo)(bo)。注重(zhong)借(jie)(jie)(jie)力(li)和調動(dong)(dong)各方積極性,發揮文(wen)(wen)(wen)博(bo)場所的(de)教(jiao)育功(gong)能、團建(jian)和精神文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)建(jian)設窗口陣地(di)作(zuo)(zuo)用,探(tan)索與(yu)教(jiao)育部門等常態化(hua)開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)交(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)合作(zuo)(zuo)新路徑,進一(yi)步推出研(yan)學(xue)等各類(lei)公(gong)(gong)益(yi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)活動(dong)(dong),充分發揮“博(bo)物館(guan)第二課堂”作(zuo)(zuo)用,增加(jia)公(gong)(gong)眾(zhong)對甘肅(su)(su)(su)簡(jian)(jian)牘(du)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)及(ji)甘肅(su)(su)(su)簡(jian)(jian)牘(du)博(bo)物館(guan)的(de)好感度(du)。
