  中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)式現(xian)代(dai)(dai)化(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)道路(lu),中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華民族(zu)現(xian)代(dai)(dai)文明的(de)探索與實踐,使我(wo)們比以往(wang)任(ren)何一個時代(dai)(dai)都(dou)更有條件破解“古今中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)西之爭”。中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)遵(zun)循在(zai)傳(chuan)承(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華優秀傳(chuan)統(tong)文化(hua)(hua)(hua)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)推進文化(hua)(hua)(hua)創新,尊(zun)古而不復古。在(zai)創造性轉化(hua)(hua)(hua)、創新性發展(zhan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),使中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華優秀傳(chuan)統(tong)文化(hua)(hua)(hua)成(cheng)為(wei)現(xian)代(dai)(dai)文化(hua)(hua)(hua),形(xing)成(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)式現(xian)代(dai)(dai)化(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)文化(hua)(hua)(hua)形(xing)態。習近平總書記關于“堅持把馬克(ke)思主(zhu)(zhu)義(yi)基本原(yuan)理同中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)具體實際相結合(he)、同中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華優秀傳(chuan)統(tong)文化(hua)(hua)(hua)相結合(he)”的(de)重大理論(lun)論(lun)斷,廓清了長久以來二(er)者關系的(de)模糊認(ren)識(shi),讓(rang)(rang)馬克(ke)思主(zhu)(zhu)義(yi)成(cheng)為(wei)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)的(de),讓(rang)(rang)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華優秀傳(chuan)統(tong)文化(hua)(hua)(hua)成(cheng)為(wei)現(xian)代(dai)(dai)的(de),進一步(bu)豐富了我(wo)們對探索中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)特色社會主(zhu)(zhu)義(yi)道路(lu)的(de)規律(lv)性認(ren)識(shi)。

  加快構建中國話語和中國敘事體系,講好中國故事、傳播好中國聲音

  習近平總書記指出,“著力加(jia)強(qiang)國(guo)(guo)(guo)際傳(chuan)(chuan)播(bo)能(neng)力建(jian)設、促(cu)進文明交流(liu)互鑒,充分(fen)激發(fa)全(quan)民族文化創新創造活力。”他(ta)強(qiang)調,要加(jia)快構建(jian)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)話(hua)語和中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)敘事(shi)(shi)體系,廣泛宣介(jie)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)主張、中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)智慧、中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)方案,全(quan)面提升國(guo)(guo)(guo)際傳(chuan)(chuan)播(bo)效能(neng),建(jian)強(qiang)適應新時(shi)代國(guo)(guo)(guo)際傳(chuan)(chuan)播(bo)需(xu)要的專門(men)人才隊伍,加(jia)強(qiang)國(guo)(guo)(guo)際傳(chuan)(chuan)播(bo)的理論研究,掌握(wo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)際傳(chuan)(chuan)播(bo)的規律,講(jiang)好中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)故(gu)事(shi)(shi),傳(chuan)(chuan)播(bo)好中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)聲音,展現可(ke)信、可(ke)愛(ai)、可(ke)敬(jing)的中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)形(xing)象。

  黨(dang)的(de)十八大(da)(da)以來,我(wo)國(guo)(guo)對(dui)外(wai)傳(chuan)播(bo)工作應勢而起(qi)、乘勢而上(shang)(shang),中國(guo)(guo)發(fa)展“做得(de)(de)好”為中國(guo)(guo)故事“講得(de)(de)好”奠定(ding)了(le)堅實(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)基礎和(he)條件,國(guo)(guo)際傳(chuan)播(bo)能力、中華文化軟(ruan)實(shi)(shi)(shi)力得(de)(de)到顯著(zhu)提升(sheng)。我(wo)們也清醒地認識(shi)到,在以西方國(guo)(guo)家為主(zhu)導的(de)國(guo)(guo)際輿(yu)論(lun)舞(wu)臺上(shang)(shang),“西強我(wo)弱”的(de)傳(chuan)播(bo)格局(ju)還(huan)未發(fa)生根本改變,西方媒體在世(shi)界輿(yu)論(lun)傳(chuan)播(bo)中仍處于主(zhu)導地位。他(ta)們利(li)用強大(da)(da)的(de)議題設置能力和(he)主(zhu)導能力,針對(dui)中國(guo)(guo)發(fa)起(qi)了(le)形形色色的(de)“輿(yu)論(lun)戰(zhan)”,毫(hao)無(wu)底線地抹黑中國(guo)(guo),目(mu)的(de)就是遏制和(he)遲滯中華民族偉大(da)(da)復興的(de)進(jin)程。有時,我(wo)們還(huan)存在著(zhu)有理說不(bu)出、說了(le)傳(chuan)不(bu)開的(de)現(xian)象,造(zao)成中國(guo)(guo)的(de)真實(shi)(shi)(shi)形象在西方媒體和(he)受眾主(zhu)觀印象的(de)“反差”。

  要(yao)(yao)改變這一(yi)局面,打(da)破西(xi)方(fang)輿論圍堵,我們既要(yao)(yao)堅持(chi)開(kai)放包(bao)容的(de)(de)理(li)念,又要(yao)(yao)創新對外話語表達方(fang)式,積極運用(yong)(yong)新媒(mei)(mei)體(ti)手(shou)段和(he)平臺,采用(yong)(yong)融通中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)外的(de)(de)概念、范疇及表述,把(ba)我們想講的(de)(de)和(he)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)外受眾想聽的(de)(de)結(jie)合起(qi)來,把(ba)“陳情(qing)”和(he)“說理(li)”結(jie)合起(qi)來,把(ba)“自己講”和(he)“別(bie)人(ren)(ren)講”結(jie)合起(qi)來,使中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)故事(shi)更廣泛(fan)地(di)(di)被國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)際社會和(he)受眾所認(ren)同。2021年云(yun)南“大(da)(da)象旅(lv)行團”的(de)(de)故事(shi),就是一(yi)個講好中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)故事(shi)的(de)(de)成功(gong)案(an)例。中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)媒(mei)(mei)體(ti)將一(yi)件不(bu)期而遇(yu)的(de)(de)事(shi)件巧妙轉(zhuan)化為塑造(zao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)形(xing)象的(de)(de)有利契(qi)機,追蹤報(bao)道了大(da)(da)象悠然(ran)前行、嬉戲(xi)打(da)鬧、休息玩耍(shua)等(deng)(deng)動人(ren)(ren)場面,以及沿(yan)途百姓關(guan)(guan)心關(guan)(guan)愛的(de)(de)暖心故事(shi)。這些報(bao)道被海外媒(mei)(mei)體(ti)大(da)(da)量(liang)轉(zhuan)發,讓人(ren)(ren)們直觀地(di)(di)看到了一(yi)個守(shou)護自然(ran)、維護生(sheng)物(wu)(wu)多樣(yang)性、共(gong)建地(di)(di)球生(sheng)命共(gong)同體(ti)的(de)(de)可(ke)愛可(ke)敬(jing)的(de)(de)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)形(xing)象。這一(yi)成功(gong)案(an)例啟示我們,國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)際傳播既要(yao)(yao)注重國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)家(jia)重大(da)(da)事(shi)件的(de)(de)宏大(da)(da)敘(xu)(xu)事(shi),又要(yao)(yao)通過更多個體(ti)敘(xu)(xu)事(shi)、生(sheng)活敘(xu)(xu)事(shi)、故事(shi)敘(xu)(xu)事(shi)等(deng)(deng),找到更多的(de)(de)價(jia)值共(gong)識、情(qing)感(gan)共(gong)鳴,在潛移默(mo)化、潤物(wu)(wu)無聲中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)增加(jia)認(ren)同感(gan)親近感(gan),讓中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華文明、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)文化、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)故事(shi)傳得更遠(yuan)。

  與此同時,要(yao)努力打造(zao)新(xin)型國(guo)(guo)際傳播(bo)平臺(tai)(tai),加(jia)強與國(guo)(guo)外(wai)新(xin)聞機(ji)構的(de)(de)合作,廣(guang)泛利用(yong)社交媒體平臺(tai)(tai),深入了(le)解國(guo)(guo)外(wai)受眾的(de)(de)思(si)維(wei)方式、話(hua)語表(biao)達和閱讀(du)習慣。還要(yao)敢于斗(dou)(dou)爭(zheng)、善(shan)于斗(dou)(dou)爭(zheng),敢于“亮(liang)劍”,對于惡意抹黑、造(zao)謠(yao)中(zhong)傷(shang)的(de)(de)必(bi)須果斷回擊,澄清謬誤、明(ming)辨(bian)是非。在(zai)具體工作中(zhong),還要(yao)注意方式方法,要(yao)多用(yong)客觀事實講話(hua),要(yao)加(jia)強國(guo)(guo)際傳播(bo)的(de)(de)理論(lun)研究,探索有效(xiao)傳播(bo)的(de)(de)規律,提升傳播(bo)的(de)(de)效(xiao)果,為強國(guo)(guo)建設(she)、民族復興(xing)提供強有力的(de)(de)輿論(lun)支持,創造(zao)良好(hao)的(de)(de)國(guo)(guo)際輿論(lun)環(huan)境。(張(zhang)百新(xin) 作者(zhe)系中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)記(ji)協原黨(dang)組成員、書記(ji)處書記(ji))
