踔厲奮發新征程丨新型儲能“蓄”勢而發
“新(xin)(xin)型(xing)(xing)儲能(neng)”今(jin)年首(shou)次(ci)被寫入政(zheng)府工作報告(gao),標(biao)志著“發展新(xin)(xin)型(xing)(xing)儲能(neng)”將成為今(jin)年乃至今(jin)后相當長的一段時期(qi)內我國(guo)經濟社(she)會發展的重(zhong)要(yao)任務之一。作為推動(dong)能(neng)源綠(lv)色低碳轉型(xing)(xing)的重(zhong)要(yao)裝備基(ji)礎,新(xin)(xin)型(xing)(xing)儲能(neng)就像一個巨大(da)的“充(chong)電(dian)寶”,又像是一個新(xin)(xin)能(neng)源電(dian)力的“調節器”:平時,它會把風(feng)電(dian)、光伏等新(xin)(xin)能(neng)源電(dian)力的富余電(dian)量儲存起來,等到(dao)(dao)用電(dian)高峰期(qi)再釋(shi)放出(chu)來,起到(dao)(dao)削峰填谷、應急(ji)供電(dian)等多重(zhong)作用。
“雙(shuang)碳”目標之(zhi)下,我(wo)國(guo)新能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)電(dian)(dian)力(li)裝(zhuang)機(ji)(ji)量(liang)快速(su)(su)增長(chang),同時,風電(dian)(dian)、光伏等新能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)電(dian)(dian)力(li)“看(kan)天吃飯”的(de)(de)季節間歇性(xing)、波動性(xing)對電(dian)(dian)網(wang)的(de)(de)影響(xiang)也越來越大(da),使得國(guo)內市場對儲能(neng)(neng)的(de)(de)需(xu)求大(da)幅(fu)提升。相較于(yu)(yu)抽水蓄能(neng)(neng)等傳統(tong)儲能(neng)(neng),新型(xing)儲能(neng)(neng)類型(xing)多樣(yang),且具有選(xuan)址靈活(huo)、建設周期短(duan)、響(xiang)應快速(su)(su)等優勢。近年(nian)來,隨(sui)著我(wo)國(guo)新能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)發電(dian)(dian)規模的(de)(de)持續增長(chang),各類新型(xing)儲能(neng)(neng)技術性(xing)能(neng)(neng)指(zhi)標不(bu)斷提高,部分技術處于(yu)(yu)國(guo)際先(xian)進水平。數(shu)據顯示,截至2023年(nian)底(di)(di)(di),全國(guo)已建成(cheng)投(tou)運新型(xing)儲能(neng)(neng)項目累計裝(zhuang)機(ji)(ji)規模達3139萬千瓦(wa)(wa)。2023年(nian)新增新型(xing)儲能(neng)(neng)裝(zhuang)機(ji)(ji)規模比2022年(nian)底(di)(di)(di)增長(chang)幅(fu)度超(chao)過260%,近10倍于(yu)(yu)“十三五”末的(de)(de)裝(zhuang)機(ji)(ji)規模。截至去年(nian)年(nian)底(di)(di)(di),全國(guo)已有11省(區、市)新型(xing)儲能(neng)(neng)的(de)(de)裝(zhuang)機(ji)(ji)規模超(chao)過百(bai)萬千瓦(wa)(wa)。
地下廢(fei)棄(qi)鹽穴變(bian)身電(dian)能儲藏庫
一次充電(dian)可為電(dian)網供電(dian)30萬(wan)度
3月26日晚18點(dian),隨著夜(ye)幕即將降臨,位于江蘇省常州市金(jin)壇(tan)區的(de)江蘇金(jin)壇(tan)鹽穴壓縮(suo)空(kong)氣儲能電站進(jin)入每天的(de)放電時段(duan)。收到電網(wang)調度指令后,電站開始進(jin)行壓縮(suo)空(kong)氣管道疏水、暖管、沖轉升速等一系列(lie)操作,隨后,這(zhe)些(xie)電能通過110KV專(zhuan)用線路,進(jin)入江蘇電網(wang),點(dian)亮千家萬(wan)戶。
江蘇金壇鹽穴(xue)壓(ya)(ya)縮(suo)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)儲能(neng)(neng)(neng)電(dian)站是(shi)全國首個正式投入商(shang)業運營的(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)縮(suo)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)儲能(neng)(neng)(neng)電(dian)站,也是(shi)世界首個非補燃式的(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)縮(suo)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)儲能(neng)(neng)(neng)電(dian)站。壓(ya)(ya)縮(suo)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)儲能(neng)(neng)(neng)是(shi)一種新型的(de)(de)物理儲能(neng)(neng)(neng)方(fang)式,其充(chong)放電(dian)原理類似于給輪胎打氣(qi)(qi):當電(dian)力需(xu)求低(di)時(shi),電(dian)站用(yong)無法(fa)消(xiao)納的(de)(de)新能(neng)(neng)(neng)源的(de)(de)電(dian)能(neng)(neng)(neng)將空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)縮(suo)儲存(cun)到一個大型的(de)(de)儲氣(qi)(qi)空(kong)間中,將電(dian)能(neng)(neng)(neng)轉(zhuan)變為空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)力能(neng)(neng)(neng);在電(dian)能(neng)(neng)(neng)需(xu)求高峰時(shi),再把空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)力轉(zhuan)換為電(dian)能(neng)(neng)(neng)。
自2022年5月正式投(tou)運以(yi)來,江蘇(su)金壇鹽穴壓縮(suo)空(kong)氣儲能(neng)電(dian)站完成的調峰電(dian)量已超過(guo)2億度(du)。電(dian)站完成一次充(chong)(chong)電(dian)需8小時,充(chong)(chong)滿后可放電(dian)5小時,一次充(chong)(chong)電(dian)可為電(dian)網(wang)供電(dian)30萬(wan)度(du)。
一般來說,建(jian)(jian)造壓(ya)縮空氣儲(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)系統需要(yao)特殊的(de)(de)地(di)(di)(di)理空間作(zuo)為(wei)大型儲(chu)(chu)氣室,比(bi)如地(di)(di)(di)下(xia)鹽(yan)(yan)穴(xue)。江蘇金(jin)壇(tan)鹽(yan)(yan)穴(xue)壓(ya)縮空氣儲(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)電站(zhan)負責人(ren)林(lin)迎虎介紹,鹽(yan)(yan)穴(xue)是用(yong)鹽(yan)(yan)礦水(shui)溶(rong)法(fa)采鹽(yan)(yan)后廢棄的(de)(de)礦洞,一般位于地(di)(di)(di)下(xia)800—1000米的(de)(de)深(shen)處(chu),整個鹽(yan)(yan)穴(xue)的(de)(de)高(gao)度能(neng)(neng)達到(dao)(dao)(dao)100多米。為(wei)了找到(dao)(dao)(dao)適合建(jian)(jian)造儲(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)電站(zhan)的(de)(de)鹽(yan)(yan)穴(xue),工作(zuo)人(ren)員前期(qi)進(jin)行了詳細的(de)(de)勘察和評估,一方面空間要(yao)足夠大,氣密性和巖壁強度要(yao)高(gao);另(ling)一方面,鹽(yan)(yan)穴(xue)的(de)(de)滲漏性也要(yao)得到(dao)(dao)(dao)嚴(yan)格控(kong)制(zhi),以(yi)防(fang)止儲(chu)(chu)存能(neng)(neng)量的(de)(de)損失(shi)和地(di)(di)(di)下(xia)水(shui)污染。雖然(ran)找到(dao)(dao)(dao)合適的(de)(de)鹽(yan)(yan)穴(xue)并非(fei)易事,但(dan)相(xiang)比(bi)于傳統的(de)(de)抽(chou)水(shui)蓄能(neng)(neng),壓(ya)縮空氣儲(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)依然(ran)有著顯著優勢(shi):選址更(geng)靈活,對環境影響(xiang)小(xiao),建(jian)(jian)設周期(qi)也更(geng)短(duan)。
“我們(men)在國內首次利用地下鹽(yan)穴(xue)(xue)解決了(le)大容量(liang)、高(gao)參數壓縮空(kong)(kong)氣存(cun)儲難題,改變了(le)傳統電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)‘即(ji)發即(ji)用’的(de)(de)(de)狀況(kuang),實(shi)現了(le)電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)“時(shi)移(yi)”,可(ke)為電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)提供±6萬千(qian)瓦的(de)(de)(de)調峰(feng)能(neng)力(li)。”林迎(ying)虎(hu)表示(shi),江蘇(su)金壇鹽(yan)穴(xue)(xue)壓縮空(kong)(kong)氣儲能(neng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)在電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)安(an)全運(yun)營中(zhong)主要發揮了(le)三大作用,一(yi)個是(shi)(shi)存(cun)儲低谷電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng),并(bing)在用電(dian)(dian)(dian)高(gao)峰(feng)時(shi)釋放使用,以實(shi)現削峰(feng)填谷;另一(yi)個是(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)負荷(he)平衡,電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)可(ke)在短時(shi)間(jian)(jian)內啟(qi)動(dong)并(bing)達到全負荷(he)工作狀態,比普通(tong)的(de)(de)(de)燃(ran)煤電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)啟(qi)動(dong)時(shi)間(jian)(jian)快很多;最(zui)后是(shi)(shi)可(ke)作為線路檢修、故障或緊(jin)急情況(kuang)下的(de)(de)(de)備用電(dian)(dian)(dian)源。
江蘇(su)金壇鹽穴壓(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)空(kong)氣(qi)儲能(neng)電(dian)站有(you)一個重要(yao)創新(xin)點是全球首創的(de)“非補(bu)(bu)燃”技(ji)術(shu)。“我們會對壓(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)儲氣(qi)過(guo)程(cheng)中產生的(de)熱量(liang)回(hui)收,存儲在(zai)儲熱系統(tong)中;在(zai)釋放(fang)壓(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)空(kong)氣(qi)時,再(zai)用這些(xie)熱量(liang)來(lai)加熱空(kong)氣(qi),利用高(gao)溫高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)空(kong)氣(qi)釋放(fang)時產生的(de)能(neng)量(liang)來(lai)發電(dian)。相對于補(bu)(bu)燃式,非補(bu)(bu)燃技(ji)術(shu)在(zai)壓(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)空(kong)氣(qi)發電(dian)過(guo)程(cheng)中不依賴外部能(neng)源燃燒加熱,全年可節(jie)約(yue)標準(zhun)煤4萬噸(dun),減少二氧(yang)化碳排放(fang)超(chao)15萬噸(dun)。”林迎(ying)虎表(biao)示。
壓(ya)(ya)縮空(kong)(kong)氣法是繼抽(chou)水蓄(xu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)之(zhi)后(hou),第(di)二大被(bei)認為適合GW級大規(gui)模電(dian)(dian)(dian)力儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)的(de)(de)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)。2022年(nian),國(guo)家發展改革委、國(guo)家能(neng)(neng)(neng)源局(ju)印發《“十(shi)(shi)四(si)五(wu)”新(xin)型儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)發展實施方(fang)案》,將百兆瓦級壓(ya)(ya)縮空(kong)(kong)氣儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)列(lie)入“十(shi)(shi)四(si)五(wu)”時(shi)期新(xin)型儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)核心技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)裝備(bei)攻關重點(dian)方(fang)向之(zhi)一。目(mu)前,我(wo)國(guo)已有(you)不少城市(shi)建設了壓(ya)(ya)縮空(kong)(kong)氣儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)。隨著技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)進步(bu),不依賴鹽穴等(deng)地(di)理(li)因素(su)的(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)縮空(kong)(kong)氣儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)也(ye)逐(zhu)步(bu)出現。近(jin)年(nian)來(lai),遼寧朝陽、甘肅酒(jiu)泉兩個300兆瓦壓(ya)(ya)縮空(kong)(kong)氣儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)示范項目(mu)開工,破解了壓(ya)(ya)縮空(kong)(kong)氣儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)受地(di)理(li)條件制約的(de)(de)世(shi)界性(xing)難(nan)題,讓(rang)更多城市(shi)都(dou)具(ju)備(bei)了建設這類儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)的(de)(de)可(ke)能(neng)(neng)(neng)。
多條鋰離子電(dian)池儲能技術路線“一(yi)站集成”
每年(nian)可向粵港澳(ao)大灣區供(gong)電約4.3億度
廣東(dong)省佛山(shan)市(shi)南(nan)山(shan)區(qu),坐(zuo)落著粵港(gang)澳大灣區(qu)首個超百兆(zhao)瓦(wa)的電(dian)(dian)池(chi)儲能項(xiang)目(mu)——南(nan)方電(dian)(dian)網佛山(shan)寶塘電(dian)(dian)網側獨(du)立(li)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)儲能站(下稱“寶塘儲能站”)。在電(dian)(dian)站的院子里(li),一排(pai)排(pai)外觀如同集裝箱的白色儲能系統(tong)整齊排(pai)布(bu),里(li)面盛放有電(dian)(dian)池(chi)簇(cu)、電(dian)(dian)池(chi)管(guan)理(li)系統(tong)、儲能變流器等多個重(zhong)要系統(tong),在電(dian)(dian)網需要時可以做到(dao)“毫秒級(ji)”響應,為區(qu)域內電(dian)(dian)網平穩運(yun)行提供支持。
寶塘儲(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)站于今年(nian)1月(yue)投運,是我(wo)國首(shou)個(ge)多技(ji)術(shu)路線鋰(li)離(li)子(zi)(zi)電池(chi)儲(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)站,在這(zhe)里,我(wo)國首(shou)次實現了多條鋰(li)離(li)子(zi)(zi)電池(chi)儲(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)技(ji)術(shu)路線的“一站集成”——一個(ge)儲(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)電站應用了9條差(cha)異化(hua)的鋰(li)離(li)子(zi)(zi)電池(chi)儲(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)技(ji)術(shu)路線,不同路線具有不同的技(ji)術(shu)特點,可(ke)以實現優勢互補,每年(nian)大(da)約可(ke)向粵(yue)港(gang)澳(ao)大(da)灣區提(ti)供4.3億度清潔電。
南方電(dian)(dian)網調峰調頻(廣東)儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)科技(ji)(ji)有(you)(you)限公司的有(you)(you)關(guan)負責人表示,能(neng)(neng)夠(gou)在(zai)這樣大規模(mo)的新(xin)型儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)同時運用多種技(ji)(ji)術(shu)路(lu)線(xian),一個(ge)重(zhong)要原因是國內鋰離(li)子電(dian)(dian)池(chi)儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)的快速(su)成熟發展。在(zai)建造過(guo)程中,寶塘儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)站(zhan)運用了多項(xiang)鋰離(li)子電(dian)(dian)池(chi)領域的創新(xin)技(ji)(ji)術(shu),比如浸沒(mei)式液(ye)冷技(ji)(ji)術(shu),這是一種創新(xin)的散熱技(ji)(ji)術(shu)。電(dian)(dian)池(chi)在(zai)運行過(guo)程中大多都會釋(shi)放熱量,高溫不(bu)僅容易對(dui)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)造成損害,也會帶(dai)來安全(quan)隱(yin)患(huan)。浸沒(mei)式液(ye)冷技(ji)(ji)術(shu)可以讓電(dian)(dian)池(chi)浸沒(mei)在(zai)一種高熱傳導性的液(ye)體中,液(ye)體能(neng)(neng)夠(gou)吸(xi)收和分散電(dian)(dian)池(chi)產生的熱量,對(dui)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)起到保護作(zuo)用,減少電(dian)(dian)池(chi)熱失控(kong)帶(dai)來的危(wei)險。
數(shu)據顯示,從我們國(guo)家目前投(tou)運(yun)的新(xin)型(xing)儲能(neng)項目類(lei)型(xing)來看,鋰離(li)(li)子電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)儲能(neng)是最為普(pu)遍的類(lei)型(xing)。截至2023年底(di),我國(guo)已投(tou)運(yun)的鋰離(li)(li)子電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)儲能(neng)占(zhan)比(bi)97.4%,鉛炭電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)儲能(neng)占(zhan)比(bi)0.5%,壓縮空氣(qi)儲能(neng)占(zhan)比(bi)0.5%,液流電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)儲能(neng)占(zhan)比(bi)0.4%,其他(ta)新(xin)型(xing)儲能(neng)技術占(zhan)比(bi)1.2%。鋰離(li)(li)子電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)儲能(neng)以絕對優(you)勢占(zhan)據主導地位。
中國(guo)電池(chi)(chi)工業協會理事長劉寶生表示,目前我們國(guo)家(jia)的(de)鋰離子(zi)電池(chi)(chi)不管是整個的(de)技術研發還是制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)質量等,都有一定的(de)優(you)勢。根據工業和信(xin)息(xi)化部發布的(de)信(xin)息(xi),我國(guo)目前已發展成為(wei)全球最大的(de)鋰離子(zi)電池(chi)(chi)生產(chan)(chan)國(guo),建成了從(cong)上(shang)游關鍵材料(liao)到電芯制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)、電池(chi)(chi)組裝、設備制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)的(de)完備體(ti)系。去年一年,我國(guo)鋰離子(zi)電池(chi)(chi)產(chan)(chan)業仍然(ran)延續增長態(tai)勢,僅儲能型鋰電池(chi)(chi)產(chan)(chan)量就(jiu)達到185吉(ji)瓦時。
當(dang)前,我國大中型鋰(li)(li)離子電(dian)池儲(chu)能(neng)電(dian)站使用的(de)(de)主要是(shi)磷(lin)(lin)酸(suan)鐵鋰(li)(li)電(dian)池,相較(jiao)(jiao)于(yu)傳統的(de)(de)電(dian)池,這種電(dian)池具有壽命長(chang)、能(neng)量密度高、充電(dian)速(su)度更快等優(you)勢。在面積相當(dang)于(yu)5個(ge)半標準(zhun)足(zu)球場的(de)(de)寶(bao)塘儲(chu)能(neng)站內(nei),共(gong)安置了88套(tao)磷(lin)(lin)酸(suan)鐵鋰(li)(li)儲(chu)能(neng)系統,這些電(dian)池均來自于(yu)國內(nei)磷(lin)(lin)酸(suan)鐵鋰(li)(li)電(dian)池生(sheng)產企業。隨著(zhu)技術的(de)(de)創新,我國磷(lin)(lin)酸(suan)鐵鋰(li)(li)電(dian)池產品的(de)(de)性能(neng)在不(bu)斷(duan)提升,而(er)成本相較(jiao)(jiao)過去也逐步下降。
近年來,我國各地陸續建成多(duo)個以(yi)鋰離子電(dian)(dian)池儲(chu)能(neng)為技術(shu)支撐的(de)新型儲(chu)能(neng)電(dian)(dian)站,這(zhe)些儲(chu)能(neng)電(dian)(dian)站不(bu)僅(jin)給城(cheng)市(shi)(shi)居民用(yong)戶帶(dai)來便利(li),還為工商企業(ye)降低了高(gao)峰負荷時期(qi)的(de)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)成本,解決了一些大(da)城(cheng)市(shi)(shi)商業(ye)區在用(yong)電(dian)(dian)緊張時需要追加電(dian)(dian)力設施投資的(de)問(wen)題(ti)。
關鍵材料基(ji)本實現國產化
儲(chu)能技術多元發(fa)展不斷迭代
國家能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源局近(jin)日印(yin)發(fa)(fa)《2024年能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源工作指(zhi)導意見》,其(qi)中提(ti)出(chu)要(yao)推動新(xin)型(xing)儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)多元(yuan)化(hua)(hua)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)。近(jin)年來(lai),隨著技(ji)術的進步(bu),不(bu)(bu)同類(lei)型(xing)、不(bu)(bu)同模式的新(xin)型(xing)儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)項目逐步(bu)落地應用。按(an)照類(lei)型(xing)劃分,當前新(xin)型(xing)儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)類(lei)型(xing)有(you)電(dian)(dian)化(hua)(hua)學儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)、物理儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)以及氫儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)等。在電(dian)(dian)化(hua)(hua)學儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)中,除了近(jin)年來(lai)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)較(jiao)為(wei)成熟(shu)的鋰(li)離子電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)技(ji)術,還有(you)較(jiao)晚發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)起來(lai)的全釩液流(liu)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng);而物理儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)中除了壓(ya)縮(suo)空氣儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng),還出(chu)現(xian)了飛輪儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)、重力(li)儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)等。
在全釩液流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)儲(chu)能領域(yu),國內(nei)目前已(yi)建成的全釩液流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)儲(chu)能電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站已(yi)達(da)20余(yu)座(zuo)。其中,位于遼寧(ning)省(sheng)大連市的大連液流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)儲(chu)能調(diao)峰電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站一期工程,是全球第一座(zuo)100MW(兆瓦)級液流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)儲(chu)能電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站,該電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站最(zui)多可存放(fang)40萬(wan)度(du)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),按照中國居(ju)民日常生活(huo)每日人均用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)2度(du)左右(you)計算(suan),可滿足20萬(wan)居(ju)民一天的用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)需求。
全(quan)釩液流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi),僅(jin)從名字來看,它的特別之處在于“液流(liu)”二字。與鋰(li)離子(zi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)等一(yi)般蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)不(bu)同(tong)(tong),全(quan)釩液流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的正負(fu)極不(bu)是(shi)固體,而是(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)液,正負(fu)兩種形態的電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)液獨立分離放置在不(bu)同(tong)(tong)的容(rong)器中,通(tong)過(guo)管道泵入液流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)堆棧中,持續發生電(dian)(dian)(dian)化學(xue)反(fan)應。這些(xie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)液可以循環使(shi)用,因此電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的壽(shou)命更長。
目(mu)前,我國在全釩(fan)液流電(dian)(dian)池(chi)方面的技(ji)(ji)術(shu)水平(ping)已處于國際領先水平(ping),全釩(fan)液流電(dian)(dian)池(chi)的關鍵材(cai)料已基本實(shi)現(xian)了(le)國產化(hua)。大(da)連液流電(dian)(dian)池(chi)儲能調(diao)峰電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)所(suo)使用(yong)儲能技(ji)(ji)術(shu)均為我國自(zi)主研(yan)發(fa)。科研(yan)團隊從2000年(nian)就(jiu)開(kai)始了(le)全釩(fan)液流電(dian)(dian)池(chi)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)的研(yan)究,完成(cheng)了(le)從實(shi)驗室基礎研(yan)究到產業化(hua)應用(yong)的發(fa)展過程(cheng),申報發(fa)明專利數(shu)百項(xiang),形成(cheng)了(le)完整(zheng)的液流電(dian)(dian)池(chi)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)自(zi)主知識產權體系。
在遼寧省沈(shen)(shen)陽市,擁有全(quan)球領(ling)先(xian)磁懸(xuan)浮(fu)飛(fei)輪(lun)技術的(de)(de)沈(shen)(shen)陽微(wei)控飛(fei)輪(lun)技術股份有限公司(以(yi)下簡稱(cheng)微(wei)控飛(fei)輪(lun))目前接到(dao)的(de)(de)訂單(dan)已經排(pai)產到(dao)了(le)今(jin)年10月。微(wei)控飛(fei)輪(lun)的(de)(de)董事長張慶(qing)源介紹,飛(fei)輪(lun)儲能(neng)是一種新型儲能(neng)方式,在用電低峰時期(qi),通過(guo)飛(fei)輪(lun)的(de)(de)持續穩定高速旋轉(zhuan)(zhuan),可以(yi)將(jiang)電能(neng)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)化(hua)為動能(neng)儲存起(qi)來,到(dao)了(le)有用電需求時再將(jiang)動能(neng)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)化(hua)為電能(neng)。原理看似簡單(dan),實(shi)際上技術難度極高。目前微(wei)控飛(fei)輪(lun)生(sheng)產的(de)(de)飛(fei)輪(lun)是有專利(li)技術的(de)(de)定制鋼錠(ding),最(zui)高轉(zhuan)(zhuan)速可實(shi)現每分鐘(zhong)超過(guo)4萬(wan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan),充(chong)放電循環超過(guo)200萬(wan)次,使(shi)用壽命20年。
有關(guan)專家認為,隨著科技(ji)的不(bu)斷(duan)進步,我國儲能(neng)技(ji)術多元(yuan)發展、不(bu)斷(duan)迭代,鋰(li)離(li)子電池、壓縮空氣儲能(neng)等技(ji)術達到國際先進水平。國家能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)局能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)節(jie)約和(he)科技(ji)裝(zhuang)備司副司長邊(bian)廣琦也表示(shi),新(xin)型(xing)(xing)儲能(neng)日(ri)益成為我國建(jian)設新(xin)型(xing)(xing)能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)體系和(he)新(xin)型(xing)(xing)電力(li)系統的關(guan)鍵(jian)技(ji)術。下(xia)一(yi)步,國家能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)局將積極鼓勵技(ji)術創新(xin),結(jie)合(he)新(xin)型(xing)(xing)儲能(neng)發展特點(dian),有針對性地開展工作(zuo),著力(li)推動新(xin)型(xing)(xing)儲能(neng)多元(yuan)化(hua)高質量發展。(中央紀委(wei)國家監委(wei)網(wang)站 王雅婧)
